About Us
Normandale Estate is a wholesale plant nursery based in Mount Vernon, Washington.
Owned and operated by Austin and Brittney Burton, the nursery was purchased in 2025. The land has been in the family for five generations, originally operating as a dairy farm and later leased to local farmers for seasonal crops.
When the opportunity arose to take over the property, Austin and Brittney were excited to continue their family’s agricultural legacy in the Skagit Valley.
They stock a wide variety of mature landscape trees for retail nurseries and landscapers including Japanese Black Pines, Hinokis, Stewartias, fruit trees and more.
